Branding Processes

Our branding processes range across our product range so always make sure  you ask what the capabilities are for each product. However in the main the following are the typical processes.

Screen-printing
Your logo can be printed in up to 4-colours on to the surface of the product by forcing ink through a prepared screen of fine material so to create a clear crisp visual of your logo to maximise impact.

Laser Engraving
This technique does not involve the use of inks but is the practice of using lasers to engrave an object. It provides a high end, long lasting finish, which demonstrates your logo in a sophisticated way.

Embossing
Embossing is the practice of carving, moulding, or stamping a design on a surface or object so that it stands out in relief. This method will leave a refined impression of your logo on the product.

Digital Printing
Digital printing refers to methods of printing from a digital-based image directly to a variety of media. This method allows for your logo to be shown in up to full colour process.

Pad printing
Pad printing is a printing process that can transfer a 2-D image onto a 3-D object. It can be achieved on a variety of surfaces making it a great option for many products.

Doming
Domed labels are printed pressure-sensitive labels that have a thick, dome-shaped clear polyurethane coating. They are durable and their three-dimensional appearance really catches the eye. Domed labels are much more permanent than many other labels and do not show wear.

LED Illumination
LED technology ensures the bulb lasts thousands and thousands of hours and produces virtually no heat. Your logo will proudly illuminate and light up your brand.

Artwork
All artwork files should be provided in EPS or Ai format as true vector artwork. Colour references should be provided in Pantone/PMS.
